North Glasgow HLC partnered the Health Board to deliver ‘Get Cooking, Get Shopping’, a series of healthy eating cookery classes. The provision of the cookery classes was part of a weaning programme which addressed an identified gap in skills and knowledge among young parents. The classes gave parents the necessary knowledge and skills to move onto family meals once their babies were past the first weaning stages.
