North Glasgow Healthy Living Community will pursue a strategic approach as opposed to adopting a grant-making or project delivery role. Our partners will work with us under the HLC “brand” by joining up services, refocusing plans and resources, and delivering sustainable initiatives to meet common agendas in holistic health and wellbeing.

Through working in partnership with the HLC, agencies will maximise the impact of the resources they invest in North Glasgow. This will occur through:

  • providing enhanced information flow between agencies, thereby encouraging better sign-posting and appropriate referrals

  • sharing models of good practice
  • avoiding duplication of services
  • reaching new clients who are currently not accessing services
