North Glasgow HLC will pursue a strategic approach as opposed to adopting a grant-making or project delivery role and will provide practical opportunities to deliver an integrated and joined-up service delivery to improve the health of the communities of North Glasgow.
With the HLC ‘brand’ as a catalyst for change we will ensure greater results in terms of sustainability, best value, and health improvement than would be possible through the operation of a small grants scheme.
Together with partners we will:
- create partnerships
- map out joint working opportunities
- agree effective realignment of resources leading to long-term health improvement
Increasing information sharing and co-ordination of resources between projects will lead to improved health services and information for residents in North Glasgow.
