Following the holistic approach to health and wellbeing, North Glasgow Healthy Living Community is working with partner organisations to improve health and wellbeing for the people of North Glasgow.
Covering an area of 70,000 people, three Social Inclusion Partnerships and at least a dozen distinct geographic areas, our HLC approach in North Glasgow is about a Healthy Living Community as opposed to a centre-based approach.
The HLC will be complementary and additional to existing activity, and will enhance working relationships with local organisations and service providers as well as facilitate new linkages and joint working.
