The quality of our relationships with other people can often have a huge effect on our relationship with our self. If we have good, strong relationships around us it can support our wellbeing. However, when our relationships are short lived, destructive, argument filled it can have a negative effect on our wellbeing. This course is designed to help you build better relationships with others and yourself. Learn how to listen better, communicate better and give yourself a relationship MOT.

These workshops will help you gain confidence through greater awareness and understanding of who you are and what you can do.It will support you to manage your day-to-day life situations and lay the foundations for moving forward and gaining more meaningful activity in your life or moving towards volunteering or employment.

No specific requirements other than you want to enjoy the experience and relax in a welcoming environment. You may have had some trauma affecting your life and you just want to join de-stressing activities that are enjoyable and fun. Come along and see what’s on offer! This group meets each 6 weeks (approx) to bring people together in a group to experience something new.
