A training course that helps people to recognise the signs and symptoms of someone with mental health problems; to respond to various mental health crises, engage with, support and signpost people to appropriate professional help.
Who its for: Public, managers, especially frontline staff in voluntary sector agencies.

Suicide Alertness For Everyone - is a half-day day training that can help you make a difference. Learn to identify people with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources. This training prepares you to be a suicide alert helper.
